sql server 2014 and 2017 got stuck while installation

Hi,

while installing sql server either 2014 or 2017 (both standard) using window server 2016

got stuck on same location (below is the image)…. kindly help me out on this.... plz (both more than 8 hours on same position... so I cancelled it)
