There are two options for setting up VCO (lisener object) for SQL AG creation.
1) Provide permission for CNO to create VCO object using permissions set at the OU level.
or
2) precreate VCO object as ENABLED. Permissions provided to configure VCO.
Want to confirm if we use step 2 that VCO object is ENABLED when it is precreated? In other words why is the VCO ENABLED before AG wizard is started?
