mof file is not recognized but physically existed in the correct directory

Hi

I am having mof file is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file error.
I have checked the mof file is inside the correct directory.
Also checked framdyl.ddl is inside C:\WINDOWS\System32\folder.
But still the problem persist and unable to proceed any further.
Any workaround or solution for that?
Your help is highly appreciated.

I am using SQL 2012 and so my mofcomp path is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\110\Shared\sqlmgmproviderxpsp2up.mof".
