Could not enroll a instance in ucp

Hi,

I want to enroll a instance which I removed few hours back. But I am not able to enroll because it collection set validation is occurring. I saw the Utility collection set is stopped and other utility related jobs are also stopped. But still I am getting the same error and it is preventing me from enrolling a instance.
