I'm getting Database Service Engine failed message after completion when i installed Sql Server 2008 R2 Express edition in my laptop.
My OS is Windows 7 x64 Home Premium.
I have selected in feature selction as follows while i'm installing..
- Database engine services- Sqlserver replication n Full Text search
- Management tools basic
Selected Native client mode and
default instance (in instance configuration).
Can you please help me on this?
