Hi,
I am trying to install Microsoft SQL Server SP3 on my windows 8(64 bit), it fails and an error message pops up saying "The current operating System is of X64 architecture, this media is not supported for running
on the system".
Can anybody provide me with some insights regarding this?
I have downloaded this .exe file. :--SQLServer2008SP3-KB2546951-IA64-ENU on my system.
If this is not the appropriate file, please provide me with the appropriate link, so that I can get this issue fixed.
