I am trying to upgrade to sql 2008 r2 from sql 2008 sp3 standard version. I am running on a windows 2008 server. I have run the upgrade adviser with no errors when checking sql server and reporting services. When I try to do the upgrade it passes all the prereqs, when it gets to installing setup files, it starts and then it just stops, it just goes back to installation center screen. No errors in application log. Here is the result system config check report.
