Hi,
I was trying to activate MSSQL Server 2016 Evaluation version to standard addition.
When i bought license , I only got product key for MSSQL Server 2019 version.
When i try to upgrade it , the message is showing "SQL Server Product key is invalid. To proceed, re-enter the product key."
When i check with Microsoft License Portal admin, he said there is no place to retrieve key to downgrade 2019 to 2016 version.
Please help.
