I am having an issue in accessing SQL server instance (Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (SP1) - 11.0.3000.0 (X64) Oct 19 2012 13:38:57 Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation Enterprise Edition: Core-based Licensing (64-bit) on Windows NT 6.2 <X64> (Build 9200: ) (Hypervisor) ) in a server in my organization cloud from my local desktop/laptop of OS Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise (OS Version: 10.0.17134 N/A Build 17134).

Instance was connecting without any issues from my local desktop/laptop when the OS was Microsoft Windows 8.1 Enterprise. And the problem suddenly started after OS upgrade.
Can anyone help me on this?
