Can Locate Valid folder for Instance.

Hello,

I am trying to add a new instance in SQL SERVER using SQL SERVER Installation tool. However, the Installation wizard asks for browsing the folder. But, I am getting an error like this is not a valid folder for installation.

Also, I did some research on this. Yet, I did not get any answer. (Tried to move set up files and disc image which did not work)/
