SQL 2016 Installation Failing

Hello,

I am setting up a new SQL server 2016 on Windows server 2016. 

I tried using local admin account and domain admin account to install SQL.

I tried 2 different virtual machines. 

I searched the error, however, non of the solution provided helped to resolve the issue. 

I appreciate any help to resolve this issue.
