SSMS Ver 18 Fails to run

I have installed SSMS Version 18.0 almost daily, it runs for a day or so and then stops. When I start it it will display the splash screen, then the splash screen goes away and the app does not start. I have to reinstall it for it to run, I did not have this problem with Ver 17.x

Note, I see no errors posted in the event viewer.
