How can I move the SQL Server 2017 patches from D: to C: or another folder?

Hi,
There is a folder "d:\2e133e64614d3e19535c7eaabb328d" after I install new SQL Server 2017 instance.
The files in that folder seems like SQL Server Install program. If I go deeply, it shows me "Access Denied" as <figure 1>
I've search the HKLM registry as <figure 2> and <figure 3>: Product is sql_shared_mr.msi, Patch is sql_shared_mr.msp.
How can I move the SQL Server 2017 patches to another to C: or another folder,because I want the disk D: is only users' data and no software hold by Windows Installer / SQL Server updater ...

Sorry, when I submit post with pictures, it shows me "Body text cannot contain images or links until we are able to verify your account." So what should I do for applying picture priviliage ?
