Please clarify.
I now support SQL Servers installed in USA, UK and Poland. I'm in the US. All SQLs are "English" language installs. For SERVICE PACK / CUs / etc., are there COUNTRY SPECIFIC downloads (UK, Poland) or do I just stick to "English" language?
