Unable to set Availability group lease timeout, FailureConditionLevel or other properties in Failover Cluster Manager Snapin

I want to see and potentially change the availability group lease timeout and other properties in Cluster Manager on Windows Server 2012, but I don't see the appropriate tabs. When I right click the availability group and select properties the dialog only has General and Failover tabs. Please help.
