I realise there is another thread on this subject but i could not reply to it, i guess because it has been answered ?
I deployed an AWS pre-built instance that runs Windows 2012R2 and SQL 2016. I thought i would run SQL2016 SP1 before a dacpac but received the error above.
SP1 managed to update all services apart from 'R Services (In-database)'

I don't have the reg key mentioned in a similar thread on this forum.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
