How to upgrade SQL Server2016 Release Candidate version to Enterprise edition?

Hi All,

We have SQL Server 2016 RC version installed in our Azure VM. We have SharePoint site integrated to this server. We are using list data for reporting purpose. Now, it's not accessible and says that the RC version has expired. We need to upgrade to Enterprise edition now. What all the steps should be done for this.? We have MSDN subscription available and tried to download enterprise version and do edition upgrade. That didn't work for us. Please suggest.
