Error while installing sql service 2005 service pack3

Hi ,

     I want to install service pack 3 on service pack 2 of sql server 2005 for embedding fonts in the report services.I am getting fatal error after the set up goes to authentication menu while intsalling sp3 and the system gets shut down. what can be the problem
