SQL Cluster Resource Error

Hi,

Can someone please help me, I add another  physical disk resource on my SQL cluster with dependency of my
existing physical disk resource. I was also able to see the newly created drive. But when I try to create
new database it prompts me this error: "Cannot use file T:\SQLDB\Test_Data.mdf for clustered server.
Only formatted files on which the cluster resource of the server has a dependency can be used." Because
currently for the newly created pshyical disk resource it has the dependency of my existing physical disk resource,
should I reverse my configuration? Something like configure my existing physical disk resource with the dependency of the new physical disk resource.
