I've successfully installed SQL Server 2016 Developer Edition, all except for the additional R Services [In-Database]. Since I am installing on a machine that is disconnected from the internet, I have downloaded the necessary CAB files from go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=735051 (SRS_8.0.3.0_1033.cab) and LinkId=761266 (SRO_3.2.2.0_1033.cab) and put them in the same directory (C:\Users\Chris\Downloads). When I try to install R Services, though, I browse to the Install Path and the "Next >" button is still grayed out. I've tried multiple different folders as well, all with the same result. Is there some way I can find out what's wrong, or is it just a broken part of the install process?
