I have a working cluster with one node. The second node is a clean install with Failover Clustering configured (OS level). However, when installing/adding SQL to this cluster I receive the following error during install:
Not all privileges or groups referenced are assigned to the caller
I am Domain Admins, SQL Admin, and local Administrator on the server. I've even removed the UAC, and raised my permissions (According to forums) to allow Debug Programs, Change System Time, Manage auditing and security log, Take ownership of files or other objects. Repairing install provides the same error.
