I am using SQL DB Mail in 2012 Version Std.
There are few auto generation email based on few check lists, which it automatically triggers the mail to the customers. last week sunday , i could see the mail couldnot be delivered for some unknow reasons and the same has been popped up today ,
where the delayed emails created unwanted noise from customer end. where the auto mail information is useful at the point of time only , not the delayed one.
Can you please guide me to know is it possible to find the cause of how a failed emails in the Q gets out automatically after 2 days .
I hope clearing the history of the Q may sort the problem. But i wanted to see the route cause and to fix the same in future occurrence.
Please help me on the same.
