Upgrade from SQL Server 2005 ADV

I will be upgrading from SQL Server 2005 with Advanced Services. Whilst I have a disk with SQL Server 2008 R2 Developer edition, I have already installed it on one pc, so I don't know how many pc's I can install it on. This is only a test system so I wouldn't want to use that licence key on it if I just have one more pc I can use it on.

If I don't use the product key, I have the choice of 2008 R2 with advanced services (free) or the 180-day trial evaluation edition. More specifically I am looking to use the full suite of SSRS, SSIS and SSAS so I don't know if this comes with advanced services?

I would also like to use SSRS, but will I get any nasty surprises trying to upgrade from 2005 to 2008 R2?

My setup is currently on XP Pro, but is it also possible to get SSRS/SSIS/SSAS working on XP Home? I am not sure if SSRS can work on XP Home as this does not have an option to install IIS.

Many thanks for any advice relating to potential pitfalls!
