On one of our development server, we are unable to install sql server 2008 R2 second instance on windows server 2008 R2.
Once the installer reaches to the installation Type ( New installation or add shared features), click on "Select" button and the usual popup box comes up saying "Please wait". This box never goes away and it installation hangs up.
Any help to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
