My client has a SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2, 2 nodes cluster. I'm tring to apply a SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2 CU3 but it failed. Before installation, i moved all my DB instances to active another node, During the installtion, it is saying WmiPrvse is using one of the file, so i stop the WMI service, kill the WmiPrvse process but the process just comes back automatically. i went ahead to install CU3 but it failed.
The log file revealed

I can send the full log if required.
It looks like WMiPrvse is accessing some file thus preventing me from applying the update, please advise.
