SQL Server can not be connected to localhost

HI,

I am a student at "John Bryce" Israel.
I received a permission to download programs from DreamSpark for free.
I was told that the product "SQL Server 2014 Business Intelligence With Service Pack 1 32/64-bit (English) - DreamSpark " will be available for 2 computers.
I installed SQL server Business Intelligence with service pack in 29/3/2016.
Last week I bought a new computer and installed the SQL server on it s well and it worked.  After a day I noticed a burnt pixel and had to replace the computer (could not be fixed only replaced),when I gave the damaged computer back I was told that all of the programs will be deleted and so I thought that I didn't need to uninstall .
So...when I got the new computer I installed al over again the same way... BUT the Management studio cant be opened .
I investigated the error for some time and tried to fix it , unsuccessfully.  I noticed that none of the protocols were registered/ configured... and that the service is "stopped" (error %946 or 945... can't recall at the moment)

1. What is wrong ? I tried to configure my firewall and even disable it and it didn't help - for (I think) the protocols have not been configured at the installation process .
2. Can it be fixed and how ?
3. I have an option of installing the SQL server Enterprise addition instead of the BI. In case I have to do that, what is the right way to uninstall the BI edition I already installed ? (since it is a pack of many programs and not just 1or 2... I wonder if I have to uninstall each one of those 30 or so programs...)

Best regards

Shira Shaar.
