SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 1 - Fresh Command line Installation

When we manually install the SQL 2014 SP1, everything looks good and i'm seeing the version as ''12.0.4100.1" . But at the same time when I install the same package (setup) using the below command line, it is just installing the SQL 2014 NOT getting the SP1 - the version is showing as "12.0.2000.8"

<E:\SQL2014SP1\setup.exe>" /ACTION= "Install" /ConfigurationFile="C:\Build\MyInstanceConfig.INI"

Appreciate all the help and advise. Thanks in advance
