Install sql server 2008 R2 standard edition on a server 2003

Hi,

I'd like to know whether it's possible to install a sql server 2008 R2 Standard Edition on a windows 2003 server R2 sp2. According to this link it isn't possible:

If I see the point'Principal Editions of SQL Server 2012' it seems not to be possible (in my case is sql server 2008 but when I look for information about 2008 it redirects me to 2012. I suppose the requirements are the same).

Can anybody give any idea?
