can MS SQL 2008R2 express and MS SQL 2008 R2 full version coexist on windows 2012 R2 server?

I have already MS SQL 2008R2 express to be installed and configured on one of my Windows 2012 servers from the installation of WSUS and McAfee EPO. Can I install MS SQL 2008R2 licensed version on the same server? Will they interfere each other?
