Hi I try to install "SQL Server 2014 Express With Tools With Service Pack 1 64-bit (English) - DreamSpark" on a Windows 10 (education) I have some error "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this installation to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
I Gived “Everyone” the Full control permission on C:\Users\ "username" \AppData\Local\Temp folder, and nothing. Also I have Freameworks 4.5 and 3.5.
