SQL server 2008 R2 SP3 installation probleme: Attributes do not match. Present attributes (Hidden, System, Directory, Compressed) , included attributes (0), excluded attributes (Compressed, Encrypted).

    I'm installing the MS SQL server 2008 R2 SP3 on Windows server 2008 standard, download KB2979597 and tried many times face the same error, checked all the drives are not compressed, archived. but all the folders are read-only(this is the windwos server 2008 feature to set all folders readonly, no possible to change), this SQL server no SP1, SP2 installed, and MS official said SP3 directly update support from this KB2979597, anyone face this issues before? help!
