I have a need for the above.
I downloaded the following:
I double click the _install.exe (x64) and nothing happens. I see a window coming up and unpacking the boxes and that's it. Nothing happens.
I have SQL Server 2012 Developer Edition running on my computer (a x64 bit laptop)

The server instance has the following for version number:
11.0.2218
I am planning to use the Enterprise version for a class I will be teaching. I am surprised that nothing happens after the executable is run, no messages, nothing.
Do I need to run the SQL Server 2012 SP3 (or Sp2) first?
Can Developer edition and Enterprise coexist?
I have a couple of left over programs in my Control panel. Is there a way to clean them up?
Is it possible to buy the SQL Server 2012 Developer edition DVD? if yes, where?
Does SQL Server 2014 Enterprise install on Windows 10 Desktop? I just need fully functional SSRS 2014.
