Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio: Index was outside the bounds of the array. (Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo)

I am getting this error "Index was outside the bounds of the array. (Microsoft.SQLServer.Smo)"

I have downloaded a hotfix, but when I tried running the patch, I was told the expected version is 10.2.4000.0, I am running 10.0.1600.22.

I can not locate the correct patch for my version.
