Hi,
I'm Tanya, a MS SQL Server developer who runs a small IT shop. I bought three licenses to MS SQL Server 2005; three physical boxes on the shelf. That's how I like to manage my licenses. Yeah, it's archaic. I dont' mind. Then for 20008, same thing ..
and then life kinda feel apart. So now I'm picking up the pieces, including moving forward with my SQL Server skills. Many clients now need someone with 2012 skills. So I'm looking to buy, as before, three physical boxes on the shelf, with
a dev license in each. For SQL Server 2014, no problem. I ordered it and three boxes are on the way. For SQL Server 2012, big problem. I can't find it. please help.
I tried to go via the Microsoft Pinpoint approach and the contact they sent me to after a week didn't meet my requirements and was spectacularly unhelpful to help me further.
