On Windows XP sp3 32 bit laptop, I tried installing MS SQL Server 2008 management studio. It fails at the screen for Support Rules on the item "Fusion Active Template Library (ATL) prerequisite. I tried the troubleshooting from Microsoft for
this error, which is simply to reboot. I tried several times rebooting and starting the install over. I tried msconfig and disabling all startup items, no change. Any thoughts on this? Thanks
