| I am a System guy. I have this issue a few days already and I want to make it work. I have setup a Windows Server 2012R2 and hardened the OS with CIS template. I installed Microsoft SQL Server 2012 on this hardened server. However, the following feature failed. 1) Database Engine Services Failed 2) Data Quality Services failed 3) Full-Text and Semantic Extractions for Search failed 4) SQL Server Replication failed 5) Reporting Services - Native failed I believed I am lacking of some permissions or GPO rights for the setup account or service accounts. Any experts can tip me off? I have the logs. I can upload it if needed. |
