SQL 2014 Analysis Service installation failed.

The following error has occurred:

The service could not be started. Reason: Service ‘MSSQLServerOLAPService’ start request failed.

Application Event Viewer logged error below.

The service cannot be started: File system error: The following error occurred during a file operation: Access is denied. . (\\?\D:\SQL_Data\CryptKey.bin).

File D:\SQL_Data\CryptKey.bin is missing.
