SQL key incorrect but it doesn't need a key

Hello,

I am trying to add a feature (full-text indexing) to an existing installation of SQL Server 2008R2. It is running on a VM under Hyper-V. I have mounted the ISO which was used to install it (this is an Enterprise Agreement download, we are Enterprise and Software Assurance customers). When I run the setup from within Progams in Control Panel it requests the location of the install media, and then says "The Product Key is invalid please re-enter the product key from the install media" or words to that effect.

But the Licencing Service Center site where I downloaded this ISO says "This product does not require a key", so I don't have one.

This SQL Server is in production so "Reinstall" is not going to be an acceptable workaround.

How to proceed?

Thanks.
