SQL 2014 installation problem

Hello,

I have SQL 2008R2 Enterprise and SQL 2012 Express installed on my laptop, MAC BooksPro, where I'm using a parallel desktop with Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit. The 12 Gb RAM and 256 Gb hard drive allocated to the parallel desktop that should be enough. I did all previous SQL Server installation there without a problem.

I installed Visual Studio Ultimate and to use the BI (Reporting) there I'd need to install  the ad-on SSDTBI_x86_ENU. But, it didn't go through due to it's stuck on Global Rules passing 4 of 9 up to the "Windows Management Instrumentation (WM) service and sitting on the "Consistency Validation for SQL Server registry keys". I thought it was because I'd need to have the SQL 2014 Express first but when I tried to install it there was the same Global Rules sticking on the same place forever. Then, I tried the full trial version of SQL 2014 and it's the same problem with the global Rules on the same place.

Please, advise how could I make it go through the Global Rules passing the "Consistency Validation for SQL Server registry keys" and others.

Thanks
