SQL installation

Hi Everyone, 

I want to install SQL 2012 on windows server 2008 R2,  In SQL 2008 R2 i did the installation using local system accountNT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.

Can i install SQL2012  using NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM, will i face any issues, & what are the ports to be added to exception in firewall, below are the ports please do mention if any more to be added.

SQL Server default instance   TCP port 1433
SQL Server named instance  TCP port 1434 
SQL Server Browser service  UDP port 1434
SQL Server Browser service  TCP port 2382
Service Broker  TCP port 4022
Transact-SQL debugger  TCP port 135
SQL Server default instance running over an HTTPS endpoint.  TCP port 443
Analysis Services TCP port 2383
