How can i remove a malware "istartsurf" from my windows 8 computer.

I already tried the Microsoft Malicious Remover and it dindt work.

I was trying to download the Microsoft Office Portable and instead it automaticaly installed the istartsurfer, windows manager protect, offerswizard network sistem drive. I was successful to uninstall these 3 last but i was unable to do it with istartsurf.

Please help me to clean my computer.
