SQL SERVER 2014 installation error Could not write value to key \SOFTWARE

Hi, I want to install in my computer SQL Server 2014 Enterprise Edition. I'm running, 8GB RAM, W8.1, a terabyte size. I've read some article on how to fixed this but still, having the same error. They say should open the setup "Run as Administrator" I uninstall it and install it again. But still the same error results. I desperately need your help.
