Dear Support,
We are currently using SQL Server 2012 volume license edition on our VMware Vcentre server.
There is a message in the logs "Evaluation Period Expired". This product should be the full version of SQL Server 2012 that was installed from our volume licensing media.
I have checked the volume licensing portal and there are no keys required for the installation. I have also contacted the software vendor who have confirmed that no key is required and that it should not say that the product evaluation period has expired.
Please can you help me resolve this problem? We are currently unable to reboot the server because the MSSQLSERVER service will no longer start.
