Hello,
I am trying to move a stand alone physical env to a cluster virtual environment for one of our staging environment. The new VM's were built based off an image from an already exisiting cluster environment with sql server 2012 the sys admin removed the cluster feature through powershell on both the vm's after the new vm's were built and handed the vm's to me.
Now I need to unistall sql and install a fresh copy of sql. Now I am unable to uninstall sqlserver 2012 from either vm's as it complains that they are not in a clustered setup since the clustered feature is removed. It would not even allow me to unistall from control panel.
How can i uninstall sql 2012 now? Experts need your valuable inputs.
