SQL Server 2005 Standart VS SQL Server 2012 Standart

I have an interesting question, what is the difference between SQL SERVER 2005 Standart version SQL Server 2012 Standart? 
My question in terms of performance, support for hardware (memory / CPU / CORE / DB sizes, etc.). 

I am looking for one table which gathers the data, 
If there are two tables (differences to 2008 and -2012 is also good).
