Trying to install SQL Express 2014 on a new computer running Windows 8.1. Progress chart shows that WMI check has failed and advises that it is unable to start WMI and that WMI must be repaired and before SQL can be installed. When
I check WMI under services.msc it shows it as running. Do I need to somehow adjust WMI so the installer recognizes it as running?
