Dear all,
I was using SQL server 2008 R2 evaluation version and was able to access all my instances with domain account.
After trial expiration information I was not ab le to run SQL server at all. Then I run the maintenance setup and select upgrade in order to enter the SQL server 2008 R2 developer licence that we get. Upgrade went fine.
The problem now is that, during the Upgrade process I was ask to select an instance to upgrade otherwise I cannot continue. Then I select the default instance named MSSQLSERVER to upgrade.
After completion, I am not able anymore to connect to that instance with my windows credential as I use to use.
But I can connect to the SQLEXPRESS instance wich habe not been upgraded.
Why I can't connect anymore to the default instance ?
What should I do?
