Migrate SQL Database on new SAN Storage

Hi Experts,

I had SQL 2008 R2 cluster on SUN Storage and now we buy new SAN Storage and need to move Database on this new Storage. But I have some issues on SQL Cluster, which Quorum partion is corrupted and now Cluster didn't operate well {That mean i can't take backup to instance database, but all application which run on this database is running well}

Now I need to move this database to new SAN, and have some questions:

1. How can move Database to new SAN Storage?
2. Can i restore SQL DB if i have .dbo files?
3. Is there any options to move SQL DB without loss anything although Quorum partition is corrupted?
