SQL 2005: (yep!) During setup how place "ldf" files on drive D, "mdf" on drive E?

Lovers of sql 2005 (all 2 of you) -- rejoice -- a question for you

We have an old sql 2005 box that I am rebuilding with a newer OS (please, don't ask why!) but using the original master, msdb, etc.   The main problem I'm having is during the sql 2005 install I need to install the log files on drive D and the mdf's on E but the setup program does not seems to allow for this. (I can setup "Databases Services" on drive D but then the log files are on D too. Not what I wanted.)
