I've issued an internal Enterprise CA signed certificate to my SQL Server according to the link below and I can see the certificate in the Local Computer Certificate snap-in. When I go to the properties of SQL Server Network Configuration and drop down the Certificate list, it is empty. Any help would be appreciated.
